The abbreviation SFS is widely used between social media influencers (and wannabees) with the meaning "Shoutout for Shoutout" as a request for mutual promotion.

A shoutout is a mention in a post, usually accompanied by a hashtag, that directs the poster's own followers to the other's page, thereby increasing that page's follower count (e.g., #grammarmonster).
