PCP is an illegal street drug that usually comes as a white powder (known as Angel Dust) that can be dissolved in alcohol or water, but also as a tablet or in liquid form. PCP can be inhaled, injected, or smoked. When smoked, it can be sprinkled on joints, or the joints may be soaked in liquid PCP to produce a "Wet" or "Water."Image for PCP
